Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Department: Marketing department

Reports to: Marketing manager

Location: Hyde park – New Cairo

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Real Estate Marketier to join our growing team at Home Finders .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our real estate projects, generating qualified leads, and building a strong brand presence both online and offline.

You will collaborate with the sales and management teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•​Develop and implement marketing plans to promote company projects and listings.

•​Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging real estate content.

•​Create, manage, and monitor digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

•​Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce marketing materials (brochures, videos, property visuals).

•​Organize and attend property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.

•​Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and target audience insights.

•​Generate leads through online and offline channels, and track conversion rate

•​Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives.

•​Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance

Qualifications & Requirements:

•​Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

•​Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred).

•​Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding.

•​Experience with paid ads platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).

•​Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).

•​Creativity and ability to think strategically.

•​Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data analysis is a plus.
