About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Real Estate Marketier to join our growing team at Home Finders .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our real estate projects, generating qualified leads, and building a strong brand presence both online and offline.
You will collaborate with the sales and management teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement marketing plans to promote company projects and listings.
•Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging real estate content.
•Create, manage, and monitor digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
•Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce marketing materials (brochures, videos, property visuals).
•Organize and attend property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
•Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and target audience insights.
•Generate leads through online and offline channels, and track conversion rate
•Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
•Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred).
•Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding.
•Experience with paid ads platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).
•Creativity and ability to think strategically.
•Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data analysis is a plus.
