Job Title: Sales

Department: Sales department

Reports to: Sales manager

Location: Hyde park – New Cairo

About the Role:

This is a full-time , on-site role located in New Cairo – Cairo, Egypt , for a Sales Real Estate ,thisrole will be responsible for identifying property opportunities , and manage property transactions by providing expert advice and guidance to clients , additionally, the role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Targets

​•​Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales goals as set by management:

Fresh Sales Executive →  25 Million per quarter
Property Consultant →   30 Million per quarter
Senior Sales Executive → 35 Million per quarter
 
2. Conduct at least 4 DONE meetings per week to strengthen relationships and secure new business.

 

3. Generate 5–7 qualified client requests and  arrange 4 meetings per day through lead management, networking, and consistent follow-up.

 

4. Sales Calls & Communication

•​Make between 400–700 sales calls per day, ensuring constant engagement with new and existing clients.

​•​Maintain high-quality communication that represents the company’s values and professionalism.

5. Presentations

​•​Deliver daily property presentations (in-person or virtual) to showcase available listings and investment opportunities.

6. Teamwork & Attitude

​•​Maintain a positive, respectful, and proactive attitude with colleagues and managers.

​•​Collaborate effectively with the marketing and operations teams to support overall business goals.

7. CRM Management
Track and update all leads, inquiries, and transactions in the CRM system on a daily basis.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, clients, and deals in the CRM system.
Ensure all activities — including calls, meetings, follow-ups, and deal progress — are logged daily.
 
8. Market Awareness

​•​Stay up to date with real estate market conditions, pricing trends, and new developments.

​•​Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and open houses when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•​Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

•​Previous experience in Real Estate

•​Ability to conduct property viewing and deliver professional presentations.

•​Strong sales and negotiation skills with expertise in deal structuring and closing.

•​Proficiency in client relationship management and excellent communication skills,

•​Creativity and ability to think strategically.

•​Familiarity with CRM systems
