About the Role:
This is a full-time , on-site role located in New Cairo – Cairo, Egypt , for a Sales Real Estate ,thisrole will be responsible for identifying property opportunities , and manage property transactions by providing expert advice and guidance to clients , additionally, the role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
•Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales goals as set by management:
•Make between 400–700 sales calls per day, ensuring constant engagement with new and existing clients.
•Maintain high-quality communication that represents the company’s values and professionalism.
•Deliver daily property presentations (in-person or virtual) to showcase available listings and investment opportunities.
•Maintain a positive, respectful, and proactive attitude with colleagues and managers.
•Collaborate effectively with the marketing and operations teams to support overall business goals.
•Stay up to date with real estate market conditions, pricing trends, and new developments.
•Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and open houses when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
•Previous experience in Real Estate
•Ability to conduct property viewing and deliver professional presentations.
•Strong sales and negotiation skills with expertise in deal structuring and closing.
•Proficiency in client relationship management and excellent communication skills,
•Creativity and ability to think strategically.
•Familiarity with CRM systems
