Location: Hyde park – New Cairo

About the Role:

As a Sales Manager at Home Finders, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, driving the success of the sales team while strategically steering business growth. You will be responsible for steering and executing sales strategies, ensuring the team achieves and exceeds targets, and fostering a high-performance culture. Your ability to mentor, inspire, and lead will be critical in positioning Home Finders as a market leader in the real estate industry.

Job Requirements:

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize lead generation and sales processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
reviewing, planning, and organizing meetings and requests to ensure efficient workflow and support the team’s objectives.
Manage proposals and use CRM tools to track leads and deals
Ensuring the achievement of the sales team’s targets through continuous follow-up, support, and performance monitoring.

Qualification and Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales
Solid understanding of real estate market trends, customer needs, and competitive environment.
Ability to analyze sales performance, generate reports, and provide accurate forecasts.
Solid understanding of real estate market trends, customer needs, and competitive environment.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Representative within the real estate industry.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and real estate software applications.
