About the Role:

As a Team Leader at Home Finders, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, driving the success of the sales team while strategically steering business growth. You will be responsible for setting and executing sales strategies, ensuring the team achieves and exceeds targets, and fostering a high-performance culture. Your ability to mentor, inspire, and lead will be critical in positioning Home Finders as a market leader in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in designing and delivering a comprehensive training program for fresh employees, while conducting regular assessments to evaluate their progress and ensure continuous development

• Achieving above 80% of the agent team leader assessment.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.

• Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide actionable feedback for improvement.

• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize lead generation and sales processes

• Achieve 100% of the team target and individual agents target.

• In charge of conducting second calls and follow-ups for agents and providing instant feedback for the agents.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader

• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and real estate software applications.

• Experience in training and developing sales teams.
